Canada Emphasizes Accountability, Process Improvements, Innovation In Renewal Plan

The Canadian Department of National Defense is embarking on an organization wide, five year--2013-2018--Defense Renewal plan to ensure the best military capabilities at the best value by transforming major business processes.
