TSA Issues Draft RFP for Recompete of Universal Enrollment Services ContractThe Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has issued a draft Request for Proposal (RFP) to recompete its Universal Enrollment Services (UES) contract that is currently in place with MorphoTrust USA.
