Booz Allen To Acquire Aquilent To Strengthen Technology Capabilities

Professional services and technology consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton [BAH] on Tuesday said it has agreed to buy federal contractor Aquilent for $250 million in a deal that the company said would strengthen its technology know-how, particularly in the area of digital services.The acquisition is expected to close by the end of this year.Booz Allen said the acquisition is expected to add about $30 million to $35 million to its sales in fiscal year 2017, when ends next March.
