Aurora Flight Sciences Acquires Science And Engineering Firm

Aurora Flight Sciences, a designer and developer of advanced unmanned aircraft and other advanced aerospace vehicles, has acquired Payload Systems, Inc. (PSI), a science and engineering services firm for spaceflight and terrestrial applications. Aurora said that PSI, which is based in Cambridge, Mass., will become part of its research and development (R&D) center in the same city.
