The Army late Monday issued a Request for Information (RFI) for potential industry sources for procurement of cyber capabilities. The proposed acquisition is for a five-year Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ). Contractors are requested to provide sufficient information in the form of a white paper, which demonstrates that the contractor can develop and perform cyber capabilities.
