Army Conducts Another Successful Patriot-LTAMDS-IBCS Air And Missile Defense Test

The Army on Wednesday announced another set of intercept tests of Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense Sensor (LTAMDS) radar combined with the Patriot Advanced Capacility-3 interceptors, integrated via the Integrated Air and Missile Defense Battle Command System (IBCS). The Army’s 3-43 Air Defense Artillery Battalion, Army Test and Evaluation Command, and Program Executive Office Missiles and Space executed two operational assessment missile flight tests on Dec. 6 at the White Sands Missile Range, N.M.
