Army Awards Multi-Year GMLRS Deal To Lockheed, Includes First Extended Range Rockets

The Army has awarded Lockheed Martin [LMT] a multi-year contract for Guided Multiple Launch Rocket Systems initially worth up to $4.1 billion, with the deal covering the first production order for the new extended range version of the rocket.
