Arctic Slope To Acquire Vistronix In Deal To Expand Intel Footprint

Arctic Slope Regional Corporation (ASRC) on Thursday said it has agreed to acquire national security solutions provider Vistronix Intelligence & Technology Solutions in a deal that will expand its federal customer base.Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
