Applied Composites Acquires Satellite Structures Company Alliance Spacesystems

Applied Composites on Wednesday said it has acquired Alliance Spacesystems, LLC, a developer and manufacturer of composite structures and assemblies for the commercial, civil and government satellite markets. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The acquisition is the fifth by Applied Composites, which was created by the private equity firm AE Industrial (AEI) Partners.
