
AMERGINT Technologies on Monday said it has agreed to acquire the space-based optics business of Raytheon Technologies [RTX], adding a new line of capabilities for the company. Terms of the pending deal were not disclosed. Raytheon Technologies was required by the U.S. government to divest the Connecticut precision-optics business under terms permitting the merger of the former Raytheon and United Technologies.
