Airforce Awards Lockheed Martin DMOC Tech Support Contract

The Air Force recently awarded Lockheed Martin [LMT] a five-year competitive contract worth a ceiling value of $94 million to provide technical support of the Distributed Mission Operations Center (DMOC), according to a company statement. The contract was issued Jan. 18. The bid was competitive, according to Lockheed Martin spokeswoman Sharon Parsley. The DMOC will serve as the Air Force’s hub for distributed virtual combat training exercises, testing and experimentation.
