Air Force Hopes For December SpaceX EELV Certification

NATIONAL HARBOR, Md.--Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (SpaceX) could be certified by Dec. 1 to perform national security space launches, according to the head of Air Force Space Command (AFSPC). Though AFSPC chief Gen.
