AIM MRO Holdings on Tuesday said it has acquired Tribologix, a provider of surface engineering solutions used in extreme environments by aerospace, defense and energy customers, in a deal that adds new capabilities to AIM MRO and marks its first acquisition since becoming a portfolio company of the private equity firm AE Industrial Partners in 2019.
