State Department Establishes Bureau of Counterterrorism

The State Department yesterday set up the Bureau of Counterterrorism, absorbing the responsibilities of the Office of the Coordinator for Counterterrorism, in line with a recommendation of the department’s Quadrennial Diplomacy and Development Review.
