U.S. Space Force (USSF) Col. Andrew Dermanoski, commander of Space Base Delta 3, is to host a ribbon cutting at Los Angeles AFB, Calif., on Friday for a Centaur III propellant tank--a type used as the upper stage of the now decommissioned United Launch Alliance (ULA) Atlas V rocket.
