Several Firms To Compete On $4 Billion Army Communications And Transmission Systems Work

The Army has issued a multiple award five-year indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (ID/IQ) contract with an overall ceiling value of $4.1 billion to 12 companies to provide global communication systems for the service. The companies to compete for task orders are: Serco Inc.; L-3 National Security Solutions Inc.,[LLL]; Globecomm Systems Inc.,; Harris [HRS];General Dynamics' [GD] One Source; DRS Technical Services; Booz Allen Hamilton [BAH]; Computer Sciences Corp. [CSC]; Intelligent Decisions Inc.; Lockheed Martin [LMT]; AT&T Government Solutions Inc.
