SAIC To Provide Navy Advanced Services Supporting Ship Signatures, Silencing Programs

SAIC [SAI] yesterday said the Navy awarded it a prime contract valued at more than $36 million if all options are exercised to provide advanced engineering and technical services in support of the Navy Ship Signatures Directorate and signature silencing programs. The contract, a single award issued by the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Carderock Division, is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract with a one-year base period of performance and two one-year options.
