By Ann Roosevelt Raytheon [RTN] yesterday said the Joint Land attack Cruise Missile Defense Elevated Netted Sensor System (JLENS) successfully completed Orbit preliminary design review (PDR), a key milestone for the Army program expected to provide cruise missile defense.
