PRV Aerospace Acquires Aerospace Machine Parts Firm Quality Forming

PRV Aerospace last week acquired Quality Forming, Inc., boosting its capabilities in forming and adding new defense programs to its mix. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. PRV is a portfolio company of the private equity firm Platte River Ventures. California-based Quality Forming has expertise in titanium hot forming, hydro-forming, stretch forming and roll forming and offers precision machining, fabrication, tool design, assembly, welding, supply chain management and engineering support.
