Northrop Grumman In University Cyber Security Incubator Program

Northrop Grumman [NOC] recently said that along with the Univ. of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) Research Park Corp. it has opened the Cync incubator program to cultivate companies that are developing solutions to counter cyber security threats. The first two firms selected into Cync are Five Directions and Rogue Networks, both of which are early-stage companies. The Cync Program offers scholarships to companies with promising cyber security ideas, allowing them to draw on UMBC's research expertise and Northrop Grumman's resources.…
