By Marina Malenic LINTHICUM, Md.--Northrop Grumman [NOC] officials are aiming to round out the development of the company's newest Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) fighter sensor, the Scalable Agile Beam Radar (SABR), with a flight demonstration aboard an F-16 fighter jet before the year is out.
