NIST Requests Information On Future State Of Cybersecurity

The National Institute of Standards and Technology’s (NIST) Commission on Enhancing National Cybersecurity issued a Request for Information (RFI) seeking broad impute from individuals and organizations of all sizes and various sectors on how to improve cybersecurity in the public and private sectors, the agency said in a August 10 announcement.President Obama’s Executive Order 13718, signed in February, established the Commission and directs it to make detailed recommendations to strengthen cybersecurity in the public and private sectors, particularly actions that can be…
