The Department of Homeland Security has designated the security services of Mulligan Security as Qualified Anti-Terrorism Technology (QATT) under the SAFETY Act, giving the firm liability protections. The New York City-based firm provides physical security services and says it is the first regional security company in the New York area to receive the QATT certification. Mulligan provides its services to prime high rise commercial buildings, major corporate facilities and adjacent critical infrastructure in the New York City region.
