NCI Agency Issues Invitation For Bid For NATO Information Portal

The NCI Agency has issued a $6.2 million Invitation For Bid (IFB) for a contract to deliver the strategy, architecture, design, implementation, and initial support for the NATO Information Portal (NIP) project that will enable an enterprise wide portal.
