Navy’s UAV For Carriers Lacks Oversight, GAO Says

The Navy’s strategy for developing and fielding an unmanned aircraft to operate off aircraft carriers lacks sufficient oversight and also contains financial and scheduling risks, Congress’s investigative agency said.
