Navy Delays Final RFP For Next Intranet; Issues Another Draft

The Navy is again pushing back the release of its final request for proposals (RFP) for the successor to the Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI), instead issuing another draft RFP to get additional feedback from companies interested in competing for the potentially lucrative contract. A final RFP for the Next Generation Enterprise Network, or NGEN, is not expected until later this spring.
