Navy Proposes Scaling Back P-8 Production

The Navy plans to curtail production of Boeing’s [BA] P-8A Poseidon by 10 planes over the next five fiscal years in an effort to save money as the Pentagon enters of era of reduced defense spending. The Navy revealed the change as the Obama administration announced its federal budget for fiscal 2013 on Monday.
