NASA Releases Draft RFP For Commercial Crew Transportation Capability Contract

NASA released Friday a draft request for proposals (RFP) for its Commercial Crew Transportation Capability (CCtCap) contract, the second phase of a two-phased procurement strategy to develop a commercial crew space transportation capability to get astronauts to, and from, the International Space Station (ISS) by 2017.
