NASA Awards Modular Space Vehicles Contract For ORS

NASA recently selected Alliant Techsystems [ATK], Miltec Corp., Northrop Grumman [NOC], PnP Innovations Inc., and Sierra Nevada Corp. to help develop multi-mission modular space vehicles. This is an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity, cost-plus fixed-fee multi-award contract that began on Nov. 10, according to the space agency. The contract consists of a five-year period of performance.
