Mercury Systems Acquires Mission Computing Company Richland Technologies

Mercury Systems [MRCY] on Wednesday said it has acquired Richland Technologies (RTL), a Georgia-based company specializing in safety-critical mission computing capabilities for commercial and military aerospace.Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
