MDA Director ‘Confident’ GBI Test Failures Being Addressed

A Senate panel sounded alarms yesterday about test failures with the Ground-Based Midcourse Defense (GMD) system, as a senior Pentagon official sought to assure it the national-missile-defense effort is on track.
