The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) included over 1,000 winning offerors able to compete under the first in a series of awards for the multiple award Scalable Homeland Innovative Enterprise Layered Defense (SHIELD) contract vehicle aimed at developing missile defense systems for the Golden Dome initiative.
