MBDA Reorganizes U.S. Subsidiary

MBDA announced the re-organization of its U.S.-based subsidiary, MBDA Incorporated as a stand-alone national company. MBDA Inc.'s new U.S. headquarters and team are in place in Arlington, Va. The company will now report to its Board of Directors and the MBDA Group as a national company alongside MBDA France, MBDA U.K., MBDA Italy and MBDA Germany.
