Lockheed Martin Precision Munitions Complete Reliability Tests

Lockheed Martin’s [LMT] Army Tactical Missile System (ATACMS) and Guided Multiple Launch Rocket System (GMLRS) Unitary munitions successfully completed stockpile reliability tests using a High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems (HIMARS) recently, the company said Monday.The tests comprised eight GMLRS rockets conditioned at hot and ambient temperatures. The ATACMS Unitary missile, the current production configuration, was conditioned hot for the test. HIMARS launchers can fire ATACMS and GMLRS munitions varying between 15 km and 300 km, Lockheed Martin said.The flight tests,…
