L-1 Gets PASS Card Award after GD Loses It

The State Department awarded a potential five-year, $107 million contract to L-1 Identity Solutions [ID] to produce the new PASS Card, which had first been awarded to General Dynamics [GD]. The contract with GD was terminated for convenience on Feb. 14 due to "unresolved contractual issues," a State Department spokesman tells TR2.
