The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has selected four companies to receive upwards of $2 billion over five years under the Public Assistance Technical Assistance Contract (PA TAC III). The four awardees are AECOM Design [ACM], CH2M Hill, Fluor Enterprises, Inc. [FLR], and URS Corp. [URS]. The awards follow a cancellation of the original awards made over the summer to AECOM, Fluor, IRC Shaw-Parsons Infrastructure Recovery Consultants, LLC, and National Infrastructure Support Technical Assistance Consultants. The initial PA TAC III awards were $500 million for each contractor. Under the indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract the companies will provide architect-engineer, consultant and other professional services under presidential major disaster declarations.
