
Fairbanks Morse Defense (FMD) on Thursday said it has agreed to acquire Rolls-Royce’s naval business that supplies propellers, waterjets, and mission bay handling systems in a deal that expands its offerings and complements the Wisconsin-based company’s current product portfolio.
