Estonia Seeks 350 Javelin Missiles Worth $55 Million

The State Department approved a potential $55 million Foreign Military Sale (FMS) to Estonia for Javelin missiles and associated parts, equipment, training, and logistical support. The principle contractor would be Javelin Joint Venture, a partnership between Raytheon [RTN] and Lockheed Martin [LMT]. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) delivered the certification notifying Congress of the possible FMS on Oct. 6.
