Curtiss-Wright Acquires Irish Defense Electronics Firm

Curtiss-Wright [CW] on Friday said it has acquired Ireland-based ACRA Control, Ltd., a designer and producer of data acquisition technology and telemetry ground stations for commercial aerospace and defense customers. Curtiss-Wright paid $61 million in cash for ACRA, which will operate within the Integrated Sensing division of Curtiss-Wright Controls.
