Southwest Research Institute, San Antonio, Texas, is awarded an $8,941,051 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract (N6523624C8003) for novel cyber technologies for use by warfighters in the field during tactical operations. The contract includes a 20-month base period and an 18-month option period for a total period of performance of 38 months.
