The work provides for the construction of a fitness training facility consisting of individual and group fitness areas, a gymnasium for team events, and a military obstacle course for Naval Air Technical Training Center students. This project replaces two facilities damaged by Hurricane Sally, and consolidates mission requirements into a single, new facility.
