Nova Nacap JV, Napa, California, is awarded an $80,407,700 firm-fixed-price contract for the construction of jet fuel storage tanks at Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Base Tindal. The work to be performed provides for the construction of two bulk fuel storage tanks, aircraft liquid fuel truck fill stand, fuel unloading stand, pump houses, and filter building. The contract also includes two option items that are being exercised at time of award. Work will be performed at Katherine, Australia, and is expected to be completed by February 2025. Fiscal 2020 military construction (Air Force) funds in the amount of $80,407,700 will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with three offers received.
