The maximum dollar value including the base period and seven option years for all six contracts combined is $750,000,000. Kunj Construction Corp. is awarded the initial task order at $1,249,107 to renovate Building 57 Bathrooms 1F and 2F, Naval Research Laboratory, Washington, District of Columbia. Work for this task order is expected to be completed by October 2023. All work on this contract will be performed in Washington, District of Columbia (40%), Virginia (40%) and Maryland (20%). The term of the contract is not to exceed 96 months, with an expected completion date of September 2030. Future task orders will be primarily funded by military construction (Navy); operation and maintenance (Navy); operation and maintenance (Defense Logistics Agency); and working capital (Navy) funds. This contract was competitively procured via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website with 41 proposals received. These six contractors may compete for task orders under the terms and conditions of the awarded contract. NAVFAC Washington, Washington, District of Columbia, is the contracting activity.
