The Coast Guard National Security Cutter (NSC) Hamilton on Monday arrived at its homeport in Charleston, S.C., 24 days after leaving its construction shipyard in Pascagoula, Miss. The Hamilton, the fourth of eight planned NSCs, is the first to be homeported on the East Coast.
