The Canadian government chose Fortinet [FTNT] to help secure the country’s information technology (IT) infrastructure, the company said Thursday.Fortinet will collaborate with the government’s IT service organization, Shared Services Canada (SSC) to provide scalable, consolidated solutions across the government’s distributed network environments, the company said.The SSC is set to also leverage the company’s products including FortiGate Net-Generation Enterprise Firewalls and the FortiManager to simplify security management and control across the government departments with a single view of the network.SSC was…
