CACI International [CACI] on Tuesday said it acquired Applied Insight, a cloud-centric business serving the defense, intelligence, and public sectors. CACI did not disclose deal terms but said it was an all-cash transaction. Applied Insight was a portfolio company of the private equity firm Acacia Group, which created the company in 2018 when it acquired Intelligent Decisions and split the business into two entities (Defense Daily, March 6, 2018).
