Airbus Group’s shareholders on May 27 approved a number of resolutions, including the adoption of its new legal name that will go into effect on June 2.  Airbus Group began operating under its new name at the start of this year, shedding its former name, European Aeronautic Defence & Space Co. as part of a rebranding and restructuring effort.
