Air Force Deputy Chief of Staff for Strategic Plans and Requirements Lt. Gen. Mike Holmes will help lead the service’s key wideband satellite communications (SATCOM) analysis of alternatives (AoA), according to a key officer.Air Force Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations Lt.
