
The advanced engineering solutions company Aegis Technologies has acquired Excivity, giving it new technology capabilities and adding key customers in the intelligence community and Defense Department. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Following the deal, Aegis has about $150 million in annual sales and about 420 employees. Excivity brought with it 50 employees.
