Cubic Acquires Small Communications Subsystems Supplier Vocality International

Cubic Corp. [CUB] on Nov. 30 said it has acquired United Kingdom-based Vocality International for $10 million, expanding its capabilities in C4ISR for secure and expeditionary communications and processing, exploitation, and dissemination.Vocality offers a range of hardware and software products that it says “unify communications platforms, enhance voice quality, increase video performance and improve data throughput.”The acquisition follows several others Cubic has made in the area of C4ISR.“The acquisition of Vocality is extremely important to our overall company and C4ISR…
